1. Check your internet connection:
- Ensure your Roku device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Netflix account.
- Test the internet connection on your Roku by going to Settings > Network > Check Connection.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable and meets Netflix's recommended speeds for streaming.
2. Update your Roku device:
- Go to Settings > System > Software Update.
- Check if a software update is available and install it if prompted.
3. Relaunch the Netflix app:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Navigate to the Netflix app and select it.
- Press the Star button on your Roku remote and select Quit.
- Wait a few moments, then relaunch the Netflix app.
4. Sign out and sign back into Netflix:
- Open the Netflix app on your Roku.
- Go to Settings > Sign Out.
- Enter your Netflix credentials to sign back in.
5. Check your Netflix subscription:
- Ensure your Netflix subscription is active and you are using the correct account.
- If your subscription is not active, you will not be able to stream Netflix content.
6. Try a different streaming quality:
- Go to Settings > Display Type and select a lower streaming quality, such as Good or Fair.
- Lowering the streaming quality may improve the performance of Netflix on your Roku.
7. Restart your modem and router:
- Unplug your modem and router from the power outlet and wait for at least 30 seconds.
- Plug them back in and allow them to restart completely.
- After restarting, try using Netflix again.
8. Reset your Roku device:
- Go to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset.
- This will erase all data and settings from your Roku device, so make sure you have backed up any important information.
- After the reset, set up your Roku device and reinstall the Netflix app.
