The New York Film Academy welcomes students from around the world to learn the magic of acting at the intensive Acting for Film camps. Teens have a choice of camp locations in diverse American cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Boston, as well as the international cultural centers of Paris and London. Acting camps are available in course lengths from one week to six weeks with a weekend acting camp available for teens in select cities. The New York Film Academy is the acting camp of choice for many of Hollywood's most prestigious leaders to send a child for the ultimate hands-on filmmaking experience.

The School of Cinema & Performing Arts Acting for Film Program invites teens from 13 to 18 to learn and practice acting techniques, scene preparation, auditioning and acting for the camera during a three-week curriculum. Acting camps are located in New York City, Los Angeles, Key Largo, Florida and Vermont. Teens in the school's filmmaking camps utilize the Acting for Film talent for direct film acting experience and performance while attending acting camp.

Teen actors have the option of attending acting camp in Hollywood or Japan through the prestigious Young Actors Camp. Aspiring teen actors and graduates of a previous Young Actors Camp program are also eligible for the Temporary Move to Los Angeles Program, in which the teen actor can live in Los Angeles and pursue a real acting career without having to relocate the entire family. The dynamic Young Actors Camp gives teen actors the opportunity to experience the Hollywood film industry firsthand in a fantastic setting that lends itself to real work opportunities in the entertainment industry.
