Import video on the computer with the BD-RW drive. Whether you are ripping old DVDs or simply downloading digital content, you need to get all of the content you want on your Blu-Ray into a central location on your computer.
Open Blu-Ray authoring software. A good free Blu-Ray authoring program is IMGBurn. See the Resources section for a link to more information about this program.
Import your video files into the program using the "Open" or "Import" function. Each file should show up as a separate folder within the Blu-Ray directory.
Create menus and submenus. If you are creating a Blu-Ray disc with multiple videos, they need to be linked to a menu to be accessible for a regular Blu-Ray player.
Insert a blank BD-RW disc into your computer's Blu-Ray recordable device. then use your Blu-Ray DVD authoring software's "Burn" function to start recording your files onto the disc. Make sure that your options are set to "video" rather than data so the disc can be played in a regular Blu-Ray player.
