Do a Storyboard. Storyboarding was first developed at the Walt Disney studios in the 1930s. Storyboarding involves creating a series of illustrations or images for the purpose of pre-visualizing a film. You can do storyboarding in your animation software.
Design characters. Well-developed characters have as many traits as possible. Anime characters should be vivid and striking. Develop them with your animation software and drawing tablet or pen-enabled software. Pay special attention to drawing the face. This is particularly important, with wide eyes, short nose, thin neck, and spiky hair.
Get good character voices. Animation depends on good voice acting or a \"character voice.\" Japanese voice actors, or seiy?, are essential to successful anime. Record voices with your animation software.
Upload your work. After you have created your work, you can upload your images for different anime user groups. Your animation program will have an export feature. Save your work as a video file in WMV, MPEG, or AVI format. Upload the file to AniTube or YouTube, where you can share your work.
