How to Remove a DVD Disc Cover

The website of the Advisory Committee to the Congressional Internet Caucus says Alan E. Bell, the vice president of technical operations at Warner Bros., unified the invention of the DVD in 1995. Before that, movies came on VHS tapes. VHS tape covers came off easily, but rewinding the tapes took a long time. Digital scene finding makes DVDs more convenient, but the task of removing that first DVD cover puzzles many people. Games come on DVDs as well, sometimes with a CD-style cover.
