DIY 8mm to DVD Conversion

While DVD may be the primary format for today's video applications, super 8mm used to be the standard for film and video. However, since the analog technology behind 8mm film is now obsolete, many people are looking to preserve older films on DVD. Fortunately, it is quite simple to convert analog video to a modern format with just a few common components.
