What is the name of Camaro in Decepticon?

The Decepticon equivalent of the Camaro is Bumblebee. However, in the live-action Transformers franchise, it's the *Autobot* Bumblebee who transforms into a Camaro.

There's no official Decepticon character that transforms into a Camaro.
