Will there be a film of eldest and brisingr?

As of February 2023, there are no known plans for a film adaptation of the books "Eldest" and "Brisingr" from the "Inheritance Cycle" series by Christopher Paolini. The first book in the series, "Eragon", was adapted into a film in 2006, but no further adaptations have been made since then.
