Start with latex. Liquid latex is the most fundamental element of your transformation. You can find it at makeup stores, party-supply stores, Halloween stores or even Wal-Mart. Everything else can be found at your local drugstore. Only use liquid latex for this technique.
Wash your face, and towel it dry. Do not apply lotion or other makeup first.
Once your skin is dry and clean, puff out your cheeks into an exaggerated expression. Apply liquid latex to your cheeks. The latex comes in a small bottle with a brush, not unlike nail polish. You can use your own makeup brush, if you like. Repeat the process with each part of your face, wherever you want wrinkles. Stretch your brow, flare your nostrils and open your mouth wide. Each time you stretch your face, apply the liquid latex.
Hold the pose. Once you have a layer of liquid latex on your stretched-out face, do not relax your face. Use a hair dryer to dry the latex. Apply a generous layer of face powder. When your face is dry and powdered, relax and check out your new wrinkles. If the look isn't dramatic enough, repeat the process, layering over the effect you have already achieved.
Enhance your wrinkles. When you have the desired level of wrinkles on your face, use a brown eye pencil to enhance the look by faintly tracing inside the wrinkles. Highlight the areas you want to look more striking by coloring in the areas around the wrinkles. Don't press too hard, or you will destroy the structural integrity of the latex. You may also fill in wrinkles with a dark-red, liquid eyeliner. It will make wrinkles look fresh and a little bloody, in case you're going for a beaten-up look.
Go with plastic wrap. If you are not comfortable putting latex onto your face, there are other options. You can stick clear plastic wrap over your face (cutting out eye, mouth and nose holes first), and stick it down with spirit gum. Spirit gum can be found at a Halloween store or a makeup store. Once you have the plastic wrap over your face, paint over it with flesh-colored foundation, to achieve a wrinkled look.
