What is the use of move dig for outside battle?

Dig is a ground-type move that can be used outside of battle to move through caves and other underground areas. When used outside of battle, Dig's only effect is to allow the Pokémon to move through underground areas. It does not have any other effects, such as damaging opponents or raising stats.

To use Dig outside of battle, simply select it from the move menu and then select the direction you want to move. Your Pokémon will then move forward through the underground area, and you will be able to continue exploring the area.

Here are some tips for using Dig outside of battle:

* Make sure the Pokémon using Dig is not poisoned. When poisoned, the Pokémon will lose health every time it moves through an underground area.

* Be aware of the Pokémon's surroundings when using Dig. If the Pokémon is in a narrow passage, it may not be able to turn around and may become trapped.

* If you are using Dig to move through a cave, be aware that the cave may have multiple levels. If you reach the end of a cave, you may need to use Dig again to move up or down to a different level.

Dig is a very useful move for exploring caves and other underground areas. It allows Pokémon to move through these areas quickly and easily, and it can also be used to avoid obstacles and enemies.
