Pryce has three Dewongs and a Piloswine. Pryce's most dangerous Pokemon is his L41 Dewgong, which knows Aurora Beam, a move that can freeze you in place and is super effective against Grass types. Use the Electric type Raichu to make short work of the Seel, Piloswine, and Dewgongs. Pryce also has an Ice Beam on one Dewgong, so watch out for that if you're using any Flying Pokemon.
With the Glacier Badge in your possession, you can now use Surf and explore some of the areas that you previously could not reach, such as the Whirl Islands and Cianwood City.
