How do you a back walkover and turn it into hanspring?

Back Walkover to Handspring

1. Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Bend over and place your hands on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart.

3. Kick your legs up into the air and over your head, so that your body is in a handstand position.

4. As you come over, push off with your hands and jump forward.

5. Land softly on your feet with your arms outstretched in front of you.

6. As you land, rotate your body so that you are facing the opposite direction.

Tips:

- Keep your core engaged throughout the entire move.

- Spot a point on the ground in front of you to help you stay focused.

- Don't be afraid to commit and jump high.

- Practice makes perfect!
