Where does Percy find the lightning bolt in The Lightning Thief?

Percy finds the lightning bolt in the throne room of the Olympian gods on Mount Olympus. He is taken there by a group of satyrs, led by Grover, to clear his name after being accused of stealing it.

He finds the bolt in the hands of Zeus himself, proving that he is innocent.
