How do you catch latias in Pokemon FireRed?

You can't catch Latias in Pokemon FireRed.

Latias and Latios are legendary Pokemon introduced in Generation III games (Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald). They are not available in Generation II games like FireRed.

If you want to catch Latias, you'll need to play either Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
