Where is the monster book of monsters in Harry Potter 5?

The Monster Book of Monsters is not in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (book 5).

It appears in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (book 3).

The book is a textbook for Care of Magical Creatures and has a tendency to bite and try to eat students!
