Who do you see to get one of the three Hoenn starter Pokemon in soulsilver?

You can't get any of the Hoenn starter Pokemon in SoulSilver.

* SoulSilver is a Generation II game (Johto region).

* The Hoenn starters (Treecko, Torchic, Mudkip) are from Generation III (Hoenn region).

You can only get the Johto starters in SoulSilver: Cyndaquil, Totodile, and Chikorita.
