In pokemon heartgold how do you get Rayquaza?

You can catch a Rayquaza at the summit of the Sky Pillar but it is not accessible until after you have beaten the Pokemon League.

Before you can catch Rayquaza, you need to:

- Get the Rainbow Wing from Mt. Silver.

- Go to the top of the Sky Pillar and insert the Wing into the Alter.

- Walk past the clouds that appear as solid ground and climb to the top of the waterfall to confront Rayquaza.
