In yu-gi-oh if i activated intercept to take control of my opponents monarch card who would get the monarchs effect?

The opponent would still get the effect of the Monarch card during the End Phase. Since Intercept does not negate the effects of the card, the Monarch card's effect will still apply to the opponent.
