What do you if have the member card and harbor inn wont open done all of other things in platinum?

- Try exiting and re-entering the area.

- Make sure you have the Platinum Harbor Key which is given after talking to Peony upon entering the area not the key item version called Harbor Inn Key.

- Make sure you've completed all of the Harbor Inn related requests (requests 98, 100, and 101).
