Pokemon crystal it says i have the radio card but show up in pokegear?

In order to use the Radio Card in Pokémon Crystal, you need to do the following:

- Travel to Goldenrod City.

- Enter the building above the Poké Mart and talk to the man inside.

- Pay 500 Pokédollars to repair your Poké Gear and receive the Radio Card.

- Turn on the Poké Gear by pressing the Select button.

- Use the up and down arrows to scroll to the Radio Card icon.

- Press the A button to select the Radio Card.

- You will now be able to listen to the radio.
