How do you get the Aurora ticket in Pokemon Emerald to Deoxys Give every possible way?

You can't get the Aurora Ticket in Pokemon Emerald. This item is exclusive to Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. It's used to access the Battle Frontier area and is not needed for the Deoxys event.
