What is a trap Bakugan?

Trap Bakugan are rare types of Bakugan that have the ability to transform into traps that capture nearby Bakugan.

When another Bakugan comes within their sphere of influence, they snap shut, trapping the other Bakugan inside. To escape the trap, the trapped Bakugan must perform a special move to unlock the trap. If the trapped Bakugan cannot perform the escape move, it is considered to be defeated. These special Bakugan are a favorite of many battlers due to their unique abilities.
