How do you get to the 11th floot board room in silph co building saffron city?

To get to the 11th floor board room in the Silph Co building in Saffron city:

1. Enter the Silph Co building and go to the front desk.

2. Talk to the receptionist and tell her you want to go to the 11th floor.

3. She will give you a key card.

4. Go to the elevator and use the key card to access the 11th floor.

5. Once you are on the 11th floor, go through the door to the board room.

Please note that you need the Key Card key item in order to access this area. It can be found on Route 17, just below Celadon City.
