3. Kilit

- The Kilit is characterized by a locking knee movement.

- Steps: Start by standing with your feet apart.

- Quickly switch to locking the opposite knee.

- Repeat this locking movement while slightly springing your body up and down.

4. Takik

- The Takik step involves alternating knee raising movements.

5. Ugsad

- While stamping, slightly lift your body and let your heels touch the ground with a clear thud.

7. Swaying Movements

- Steps: With your feet shoulder-width apart, gently sway your body from side to side.

- Keep your knees slightly bent and let your arms move naturally along with the swaying.
