At least a couple nights a week, the Stanhope House hosts performances by live bands. Described as the last American Roadhouse, the Stanhope House brings in blues and rock bands for its visitors. In addition to dancing, the bar also offers homemade American food. Several famous blues-rock artists have played on the stage at this historical establishment, including Lonnie Mack, Son Seals and John Lee Hooker.
Catering to a younger crowd, 54 Main Bar and Grille makes sure to put live bands on the stage every weekend. The hardwood floors make this a great spot to go dancing. The bar also offers 37 different kinds of beer, as well as wine and many specialty cocktails. This pub-style club also serves a full menu.
Confetti is a dance club specifically for teenagers ages 14 to 18 who are currently enrolled in school. Every Friday night a dance party is held with different DJs and live bands. Because this club is geared specifically for teenagers, there is a strict policy on drugs and alcohol. None of these items are permitted in the club, and teens under the influence will not be admitted. This club also has a dress code; gang wear, sleeveless T-shirts and revealing clothing are banned.
