Stomp your right foot onto the floor in front of you. This is performed as part of an eight-count step to repeat for the whole song. On "One" you stomp. The stomp should be forceful and hard.
Clap your hands over your head on "Two." Hold your feet in the same position as they are for the stomp when clapping your hands over your head.
Spin on your right foot with your left foot touching your right ankle. This is "Three" of the eight count. Make a full slow spin on your toes.
Plant both feet on the ground shoulder-width apart. At the same time you plant your feet, place your arms at your waist, bent at the elbow. This is count "Four" of the eight count.
Step to your left with your left foot and bring your right foot beside your left so that your feet are together. These are counts "Five" and "Six" of the eight count.
Bend your back slightly so that you are leaning backward but not straining. At the same time jump your feet shoulder-width apart. This is one movement which is count "Seven" of the eight count.
Straighten your back so you are standing upright and throw your hands in the air, with your arms bent at the elbow. This is one movement which is count "Eight" of the eight count. Repeat this eight count until the song is over.
