Latin Rock Night Clubs in Dallas, Texas

Dallas is a city that offers night club-goers just about everything they could wish for in a late-night party venue. The culturally-diverse city keeps its roots in country and western music and welcomes more urban styles, such as hip hop and all of the varieties of Latin rock, pop and dance music. In fact, many clubs offer these types of music in a single night for patrons who like to experience different beats and rhythms. Latin rock night clubs cater to those who particularly like the fusion of traditional Latin music, such as salsa and meringue, along with contemporary rock and pop.
  1. Club Babalu

    • Dancing all night is what Club Babalu is all about.

Dancing and drinking are the highlights of this club, although watching the cocktail waitresses maneuver deftly through the crowds can also be entertaining. The club is a multi-level venue in the uptown Dallas area that has, according to a "USA Today" review, "salsa but lots of rock en espanol, Latin pop and everything else." On selected nights, patrons can get free dance lessons, and on any night, the club, famous for its huge dance floors, is the place for "eclectic Latin music tastes." Club Planet describes the club's music as a "caliente mix of salsa, meringue, and Latin rock/pop/dance."

    Escapade 2001

    • Escapade 2001 offers all-things Latin in its music and atmosphere.

The size of this Hollywood Heights neighborhood club is impressive, but the music is what makes an impact. According to Dallas.com, this Mexican nightclub "has great bartenders and a hot crowd that love to dance the night away no matter what day of the week it is." Of course, the club is only open Friday through Sunday, but according to the Dallas Observer, 2001 and its sister club next door Escapade 2009, "make more money than every other club in the area." The lines to get in are long, and it can be a very busy place--for good reason, as Dallas.com says, it is "all things Latin music, under one roof."

    Club Bliss

    • A young party atmosphere is Club Bliss' main feature.

For the young college crowd, Club Bliss, in Dallas' downtown historic district, seems to be a favorite dance hangout that plays a variety of music and combines, according to its website, the "look/comfort and sexiness of a lounge" with a "discotheque sound system and light show." Thursday nights are college nights, and Friday and Saturday are, as Club Zone notes, classified as "Latin night with hip hop, reggaeton and Latin dance music." Special events and parties are part of the club's regular offerings, such as Princess Party, where the first 50 women get a free tiara. Naughty Schoolgirl and Jungle Safari are just a few of the other recurring themes in the special events.
