Instructions

  1. How To Learn the Bone Dance

    • 1

Stand straight with your feet spread about a foot apart, and place your arms in an arch above your head (like a ballerina). When you place your arms above your head, move your feet together so that they are straight in front of you.

    • 2

Lower your arms in a circle and move them above your head again. Then move your hands (which are straight as if they were karate-chopping something) to approximately your ears, and then cross your face with your straight hands, moving them back to the position they were in near your ears.

    • 3

Swirl your fingers at your ears (as if to signify that someone is crazy) while bobbing your head side to side. Put your hands on your hips and lean to the left, then middle, then right.

    • 4

Place your right hand on your head, above your right ear while pushing your head to the left. Bring your hand out to point forward with your index finger, and then straighten your head.

    • 5

Place your left hand on your back while bringing your right arm to the front of you, circling your hand as if turning a wheel. Circle three times with your hand, and take a bow, placing your hand on your stomach.

    • 6

Make a fist with your hands, and bring them together in front of you at your midsection. Clank them together twice, and then bring your hands up, signalling a palm up displaying your full right hand (all fingers spread out) and the left hand with only the index finger displayed (signaling a '1' as in "we're #1"). Move your hands loosely above your head, bringing them together once again with fists drawn.

    • 7

Spread your legs out, and your hands out (as if you were spread eagle). Bring your left leg up with knee bent, and bring your hands in to your chest. Circle with your hands while your leg is still up with knee bent, and bring your right leg up.

    • 8

Cross your right leg over your left, and put your hands back above your head (as in step 1, ballerina style) and do a full body turn.
