1. Single: Tap your feet on the two bamboo poles in a scissor-like motion. Then, hop over the bamboo while clapping your hands.
2. Double: Cross your feet in front of the bamboo poles and tap each foot on the bamboo pole. As you hop, spread your feet wide.
2. Cariñosa
1.Walk: Move your feet in a "walking" motion, alternating left and right.
2.Spin: As you step on one foot, turn your body in a complete circle.
3. Balance: Balance on one foot while the other foot is held in the air, or step side-to-side, alternately shifting weight from one foot to the other.
4. Flap: Raise one foot slightly off the ground and tap it back down. Then, hop on the same foot while swinging the other foot forward.
3. Pandanggo sa Ilaw
1. Light Steps: Take small and quick steps, keeping your feet close to the ground.
2. Twirl: While holding a lighted candle or oil lamp, twirl your body in a complete circle. Move in circular patterns around a central point.
3. Balance: Balance on one foot, raising the other foot off the ground and pointing it forward.
