How to Hyper Dance

Many find dancing the best cure for the blues, but some people seem too. shy or jaded to even consider it. Certain substances such as sugar and caffeine seem almost designed to help such people overcome their hang-ups. Doing the "hyper dance," a spontaneous, energetic outburst of the inner child, provides a golden opportunity to throw off your limitations and reconnect with the innocent child-like joie de vivre dwelling deep within.

Instructions

      Drink a highly caffeinated beverage, such as black coffee, espresso, Red Bull, Monster or Rock Star.

      Play music. The more fast-paced and frenetic the better, as it will simultaneously feed and express your hyper mood.

      Go hyper. Go wild to the music shaking your head and spine, flailing your arms, jumping and running everywhere like a cat on nip. Burn off your energy and have fun.
