How to Break Dance the Worm

      Lay on the floor face down.

      Bend your knees so your feet are in the air.

      Kick your legs quickly straight to lift them off the ground.

      Bend at the stomach to lift your hips off the ground.

      Arch your chest downward while straightening your hips.

      Lift your shoulders as your hips land on the ground.

      Lift your hands as your chest lands on the ground.

      Slap your hands on the floor and start over again.
