How do you a pageant walk?

1. Posture:

- Stand tall with your head held high and your chest lifted.

- Shoulders should be back and relaxed, and your core should be engaged.

2. Arms:

- Keep arms slightly bent at the elbows with hands relaxed and turned upwards

- Swing arms naturally as you walk.

3. Hips:

- Walk with a slight forward tilt of the hips.

- Move your hips from side to side in a fluid motion.

4. Legs:

- Take long, graceful strides with your legs.

- Step out with your front foot and then bring the back foot to meet it.

- Avoid taking short, choppy steps.

5. Feet:

- Point your toes slightly outward and walk heel-to-toe.

- Avoid scuffing your feet or dragging them along the ground.

- Practice walking in high heels if the pageant requires it.

6. Confidence:

- Walk with confidence and purpose, even if you don't feel confident.

- Imagine that you are the only person in the room and everyone is watching you.
