How to Make a Free Standing Ballet Bar
If your child is a budding ballet dancer or you just want to get a good stretch for your legs, a ballet barre is a good piece of equipment to own. Use that outgrown swing set to make a ballet barre worthy of the New York City Ballet. Remember that you should never not swing from barre. The barre is for balance, not full body support. Remember, too, to supervise children using a ballet barre.
