In Romeo and Juliet what does mean when she says has an ill-divining soul?

In Romeo and Juliet, when Juliet says "My only love sprung from my only hate! / Too early seen unknown, and known too late! / Prodigious birth of love it is to me / That I must love a loathed enemy."

Juliet feels confused and conflicted because she has fallen in love with Romeo, who is a member of the Montague family, her enemy family. She is saying that she never expected to fall in love with someone from her enemy, and it feels strange and even unnatural to her. She emphasizes the unexpected and sudden nature of her love for Romeo.
