What is a rhyme that not exact?

An inexact rhyme (also known as a slant rhyme, off rhyme, or near rhyme) is a rhyme in which the final consonants of two words are different, but the vowel sounds are similar. For example, "cat" and "bet" are an inexact rhyme because the final consonants are different, but the vowel sounds are the same. Other examples of inexact rhymes include "dog" and "log", "heat" and "hit", and "mouse" and "moose".
