What is the nurse saying to Romeo in line 157-163?

In lines 157-163, the Nurse is telling Romeo that he lacks experience and wisdom because of his youth and that this inexperience is causing him to act rashly and irrationally. She compares him to a man that is drunk, saying "Drunk all the way from Wittenberg." She advises Romeo to exercise patience, to give himself time to sober up and think things through before making any decisions.
