3. Revived Hope for Biff's Success: Willy's faith in Biff's potential reemerges. He believes that with the help of Bernard's recommendation, Biff can finally achieve success in business and restore the family's honor.
4. Reconciliation with Howard Wagner: Willy makes an attempt to reconcile with his former boss, Howard Wagner, whom he holds responsible for his downfall. He goes to see Wagner in hopes of securing a better position for Biff and salvaging his own career.
