Visit the Sephora website to request a catalog (sephora.com). Create an account with Sephora by clicking on the "Sign up for Sephora" link on the homepage.
Enter your email address and select "No" when asked if you already have a Sephora password and click "Continue".
Provide your name, address and contact information. Create a password and enter it twice to ensure your password is accurate. Once you are logged in to your new account you can request a catalog by clicking on the "Catalog Subscription" under "My Account".
Check to make sure your mailing address and name are spelled correctly under the subscription information. Because you are logged in to your account your information is automatically entered on your behalf. If all information is correct click "Subscribe". You are now a Sephora catalog subscriber.
