What is an excerpt from the book Watership Down?

"The sun was sinking low, and the last rays of the day were painting the sky in shades of orange and purple. Hazel sat on the edge of the warren, his eyes fixed on the distant horizon. The world seemed vast and full of mystery, and he felt a deep sense of loneliness. He missed his old home, his family, his friends. He had been away for so long, and he had seen so much. He had fought and lost, he had loved and been betrayed, he had seen the best and the worst of life. And now, here he was, at the edge of a new world, with no one to share it with.

He looked down at his paws, and he felt a surge of anger. Why had he left in the first place? Why had he left the safety of his home and the comfort of his family? He had no answers. He had just felt a call, a need to explore, a desire to find something more. And now he was here, alone and lost.

But as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the landscape, he felt a strange sense of peace. He was not alone. He had found his way, even if it was a long and difficult one. He had found his purpose. And he knew, with a certainty that only comes from the depths of the soul, that he would find his way home."
