Who was called the Father of Indian Unrest by Valentine Chirol?

Valentine Chirol, a British journalist and writer, called Bal Gangadhar Tilak the "Father of Indian Unrest".

This was a controversial label, as Chirol viewed Tilak's nationalist activities as a threat to British rule. However, Tilak's significant role in the Indian independence movement, particularly his advocacy for Swaraj (self-rule), earned him immense respect and influence among Indians.
