Is the fulba West African pastoral society?
The Fulani or Fulas or Fulɓe people (/ˈfuːləniː/; Fula: Fulɓe) are an ethnic group hailing from West Africa, with communities in other regions of Africa and the world, mainly from the Senegambia region. They are primarily associated with their traditional semi-nomadic pastoral lifestyle, in which they migrated with their cattle, seeking pasture and water during different seasons. Historically, the Fulani were primarily concentrated in the regions of Senegal, Guinea, Mali, The Gambia, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Cameroon.
