Lucrecia Reyes Ursula is an American artist and educator who was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. She studied art at the Cooper Union School of Art in New York City and at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Maine. She has exhibited her work in museums and galleries across the United States and internationally. Ursula's work often explores issues of identity, race, and gender.

Ursula is best known for her large-scale paintings and installations, which often incorporate found objects and materials. Her work has been described as "emotionally charged" and "visually arresting." She has been featured in numerous publications, including The New York Times, Art in America, and ARTnews.

Ursula is also an active educator and has taught at various institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania and the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. She is currently a Professor of Art at Columbia University.
