Is salvasar slitherin a bad guy in Harry Potter?

Salazar Serpent was not a bad guy. He was one of the four legendary founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Unfortunately, Salazar Slytherin is often misunderstood because of his strong belief that only pure-blooded witches and wizards should be allowed to attend Hogwarts.
