Brad Pitt's character, Mr. Blonde, in the film Reservoir Dogs (not Seven) uses a Heckler & Koch MP5 submachine gun in the infamous ear-cutting scene.

He also uses a Smith & Wesson Model 39 pistol during the scene in the diner.

It's important to note that Brad Pitt did not star in the film Seven, that was Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey.
