Who is shadow was missing at the end of series 3 in ghost whisperer?

At the end of season 3 of Ghost Whisperer, it's not Shadow who is missing. It's Jim Clancy, Melinda's husband.

Here's what happens:

* Jim is kidnapped by a ghost. The ghost, a former police officer who was killed by a criminal, wants revenge and uses Jim as leverage.

* Melinda finds Jim and saves him. She negotiates with the ghost and helps him find closure, freeing Jim from his clutches.

Shadow is a character from the TV series "Supernatural," not "Ghost Whisperer." There's no character named Shadow in "Ghost Whisperer."
