How to Fix a Pandigital Novel Cracked Screen

With the Pandigital Novel, a type of eBook reader available through the company's website, you can experience problems just like with any electronic book reader. For example, if you accidentally drop the device and crack the screen or damage it in any other way, you must send it to Pandigital for repair. The company does not sell extra parts nor does it recommend you trying to repair the device yourself.

      Call Pandigital at 800-715-4354 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. A representative will provide an address based on your location to which you can send in your device.

      Email Pandigital as an alternative means of contact at [email protected]. A technician will respond to your message.

      Send in the device to the address given to you by a technician. Depending on the severity of the damage, the amount of time it will take to have your device returned will vary.
