How to Get to the End of a Book Fast With a Kindle
The Kindle e-book reader's ability to compile a library of books into a small, portable device is particularly helpful when reviewing resource materials, such as technical manuals, encyclopedias or textbooks. People rarely read such books from beginning to end, but rather reference them for certain subjects. For many people, the ending index is the first place you search, but using the Kindle's "Next Page" button is unwieldy for such navigation. However, the Kindle enables you to quickly move to the end of the book with a few quick selections.

Press the "Home" button and select a book to open using the "5-Way" controller.
