How to Get a Cruz Reader User Guide

A Cruz Reader is more than an eReader. With a Cruz Reader, you can also surf the Internet, check your email, listen to music, watch movies and play games. You can get a Cruz Reader user guide to learn how to use the various features. Your Cruz Reader may have a user guide buried in the system file, which may be sufficient for simple tasks. For more complex tasks, download the guide to your computer hard drive, or print it out for easy reference.

      Go to the Cruz Support Center on the Velocity Micro website.

      Click on the Cruz Reader User Guide R101 "Download Now" button to read the user guide online.

      Click on "File" on your browser menu bar. Click "Save As" to save a copy of the user guide, "Getting Started with Cruz," to your computer hard drive. You may also print the user guide.

    On Your Cruz

      Tap "Astro" on your Cruz Reader screen to open the file manager.

      Run your thumb or finger up the screen from the bottom to the top to scroll to the end of the file list. Tap on the "System" file.

      Scroll to the end of the file list and tap on "User Guide."

      Touch either bottom corner on the screen to reveal the navigation and magnification buttons. Press the plus or minus buttons to change the display size and the arrow buttons to turn the pages.
