Upload your poems to a poetry website. Sites such as Poetry Pen and The Poet Sanctuary allow you to self publish your work to be shared on the internet. You still retain your copyright and can publish your work elsewhere as well, and you can have the chance to be read by others.
Write your own poetry blog. Websites such as Livejournal and Blogger allow you to start your own web journal for free. Make your site a writing journal and upload your work. Give family and friends the link to your site so they can see your work.
Purchase a book called "Poet's Market." This book contains all the publishers that publish poetry. Submit your work and see if you can get professionally published. Query writing magazines such as Writer's Digest to see if you can get your work published in print.
