Write the name of the organization that sponsored the conference, and the city and state where the conference was held. Use a two-letter abbreviation for the state. For example, "Peevy, V. L. (2011, December). Mermaid Quotients in the South Atlantic. Paper presented at the First Annual Meeting of the Argonauts Association, Clarinda, IA."
